Music Together® MIXED AGE

This infant-four (mixed age class) follows the recommendations of child development researchers—grouping children of a variety of ages because this fosters natural, family-style learning. Younger children enjoy watching and imitating older ones; older children learn by leading younger ones; and adults are happy because the children in the family can go to class together.

Each child participates at his or her own level in singing, moving, chanting, listening, watching, or exploring musical instruments. Any caregivers—parents, grandparents, nanny—can bring the children. The whole family is welcome for this important family music experience. Music Together classes are based on the recognition that all children are musical. All children can learn to sing in tune, keep a beat, and participate with confidence in the music of our culture, provided that their early environment supports such learning.

Artful Everyday Parent & Me

Magic Steps Artful Everyday Parent & Me

The Master Inspiration Series was developed to introduce young children to the marvelous world of fine art. Each week will focus on a new art master. Every class will include a storybook of the artist work. Each class will allow children to sculpt, draw, paint and collage.

Beginning Gymnastics

We support and inspire a child's love for physical activity with beginning gymnastics. Our classes develop flexibility, strength, coordination, positive self-esteem and respect for others in a happy and safe environment. Each class will be filled with circle time, climbing, jumping, balancing, bars, trampoline, parachute play, balls games, and more.

Join us for a free musical story-time!

Our 30 minute interactive storytime will include Music Together's award winning storybooks. We sing, dance and read along. This event is fun for the whole family!

Magic Steps School Skills

Join us for a morning of circle time, crafts and play. The activities have been carefully chosen by a Montessori teacher to provide purpose, engage your child, encourage fine and gross motor skills, and teach you as the caregiver how to play with your child in an educaional manner. Class is taught by Brooke Briggs, an experienced early childhood educator.
